Before joining Lexington Wealth Management, Alla gained experience in the financial services industry, working with local wealth management firms such as Peak Financial (2000–2016) and Integrated (2018–2024). During a brief hiatus from the field, she served as an events coordinator for the Russian School of Mathematics.
